My Past Artworks Through the Years

Image
Avatar The Last Airbender was one of my favorite shows growing up so I painted this piece using watercolor when the show regained its popularity. I used methods such as clingwrap and epsom salt to create different textures for the background of each nation. This piece was my first attempt at painting an animal. I painted this in early high school using acrylics. Bats are one of my favorite animals, which is why I chose them as a subject. During my last year of highschool I wanted to work on achieving more realistic shading, so I stated out with different types of flowers because of how dimensional the petals make them. This was one of my first paintings from highschool, specifically when I became interested in creating larger images using smaller shapes. I made this one using acrylic paint and the ends of various sizes of paintbrushes and dowells. I mainly used orange and blue, because I figured complementary colors would make It pop. This one was a gift for my grandmother.

3D Disco The disco ball doesn't quite pop as much as I would like, as it was hard to angle the pictures due to the tapestry being behind a spherical object. Still, I think that the sphericalness of it helps with the illusion. 3D Door I think the chairs in the next room really help add some perspective and make this one stand out. I like all the layers this one has to it. 3D Deer I found this target practice deer near campus and thought it would look good in 3D. It almost looks like you can reach out and pet it, although I don't know anyone would do that, it's made of plastic. 3D Death The skeleton image is my favorite because he really stands out in front of my fake plants.

My Digital Collage Images

Darth's Self Care Day After a long day of doing evil space stuff, I decided Vader should take a relaxing day off. I figured a bath would be the perfect place to add the rubber ducky. My favorite thing about this image is the extra layer of bubbles I added by cutting them out of the original image and lowering the opacity to make it look more realistic. I also changed the dimensions of the poster in the background. Low Budget live Action Mario I started by finding a guy in a bad bowser costume and figured it would be fun to find other interesting takes on super Mario characters and add them to a digital background. I wanted it to kind of look like a poorly made live-action movie poster because this is what I'm hoping the upcoming Super Mario movie looks like. Stained Glass Eyes Stained glass windows are my favorite element of gothic architecture, soI found a way to incorporate it into the background. I found some pictures of ivy and colored the background to alpha and added it i
